Samsung Electronics' design solution partner (DSP), GAONCHIPS, has never made a single merger or acquisition (M&A) since its establishment in 2012. It has become one of the top five DSP in Korea without any M&A.

After establishing a branch in Japan last year, the company is planning to establish a branch in the United States this year.
