Gaonchips has been a regular participant in the annual events as a design solution partner (DSP) of Samsung Foundry. With over a decade of collaboration with Samsung, the company has accumulated extensive experience in design development and mass production, focusing on Samsung’s advanced foundry processes. In February, Gaonchips further demonstrated its technical excellence by securing an ASIC design development project with a local Japanese company.
SG Kim, Head of Gaonchips' U.S. subsidiary, commented, “The SFF & SAFE Forum provides an excellent opportunity for Gaonchips to actively promote its technological capabilities and competitiveness in the overseas market, while strengthening networking with potential foundry customers. Following our success in Japan, we will continue to enhance our marketing efforts to attract talent and identify clients in the U.S. market, contributing to the expansion of our foundry business.”
Kim will also participate as a speaker in Samsung Foundry Partner Tech Session II - 'Design Solutions of AI, by AI, and for AI,' where he will share development achievements on the topic 'Physical Implementation of In-System Test for Automotive AI SoC,' focusing on global technology commercialization and strengthening networking.
